Yogurt cream with roses with figs

Ingredients (2 persons)

  • 300 g natural white yoghurt
  • rose syrup
  • 4 figs, preferably with red skin


Prepare two individual bowls with fresh yoghurt sprinkled with rose syrup and garnished with figs cut into flower or wedges that may or may not be peeled. As an option, figs can be sautéed in a very hot grill for 5 minutes in a greased pan with butter, dusted with brown sugar.
